Overview
Stress. We all get it, in work and at home, yet we deal with it in a range of successful, or unsuccessful ways. Learning to reduce stress, to see things differently is a skill that can take a lifetime to learn. We’ll aim to give you a practical step by step guide to understanding your root causes of stress and then help you develop improved coping mechanisms, life strategies and world views.
This course is about discussing what stresses you the most and examining the ways that some people address this in a highly effective manner. Using NLP and Life Coaching skills, we can significantly improve your ability to deal with stress by examining how you ‘process’ it.
Prerequisites
You will be able to apply these skills in your role as a manager, leader, delegator, team member, company director, sales person or indeed whatever discipline you work in or aspect you choose to apply these skills and techniques.
